Job summary

QAD Redzone is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (Spanish Speaking) to drive Lean transformations across Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing sectors. You will coach shop-floor staff and leaders, deploy 90-day on-site deployments, and partner with CI directors and executives to achieve productivity gains.

The role is full-time, remote with up to 80% travel in the US, requires English/Spanish fluency, and involves leading cross-functional teams to improve operations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach 5-7 customers simultaneously.
• Train customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90-day on-site deployments.
• Facilitate shop-floor Huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings to support action cycles.
• Track performance data and customer uplifts during deployments.
• Lead process improvement and Kaizen activities for customers.
• Share feedback with frontline teams to drive positive behavior change.
• Deliver executive overviews and provide program information to customers.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues as needed.
• Travel up to 80% across the United States; remote work where applicable.
