Job summary

QAD Inc. in Illinois seeks an Operational Excellence Coach to lead Lean transformations for manufacturing customers, implementing QAD Redzone software and coaching teams on shop-floor improvements.

The role is full-time, remote with up to 80% travel across the United States. Fluent English and Spanish preferred, with strong leadership, coaching experience, and collaboration across executives and shop-floor staff.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing required.
• Direct coaching to business clients preferred.
• Proven track record with OEE and continuous improvement.
• Able to travel up to 80% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach 5-7 customers at a time.
• Train customers on workflows inside Redzone software during deployments.
• Facilitate shop-floor huddles and daily Vital Signs meetings.
• Track performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Lead process improvement and kaizen activities.
• Provide executive overviews and project status updates.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide next steps.
