Job summary

Redzone is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (Spanish Speaking) to lead Lean transformations for Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing clients. You will coach shop floor staff, frontline leaders and executives while implementing Redzone software to achieve productivity gains.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, senior operations leadership experience, and a willingness to travel up to 80% across the United States; remote work is supported for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2 years in a similar coaching role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90‑day on-site deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings to drive action cycles.
• Tracks performance data and customer uplifts during deployment.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Delivers executive overviews and guides next steps in the Redzone journey.
