QAD Redzone is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (Spanish Speaking) to drive Lean transformations across Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing. You will work with shop floor staff, CI directors, and C-level executives to deliver significant productivity gains through Redzone software and coaching.

The role requires full-time, remote work with up to 80% travel across the United States, and a strong background in manufacturing leadership and OEE.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2 years in a similar coaching role preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in OEE and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across the US.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Oversees and coaches 5–7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software via 90-day deployments.
• Leads shop-floor huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings.
• Tracks performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities.
• Provides executive overviews and guides next steps in the journey.
• Travels to customer sites up to 80% as needed.
• Troubleshoots customer technical issues when required.
