Job summary

QAD Redzone, part of QAD Inc., seeks an Operational Excellence Coach (French Speaking) to lead Lean transformations across Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing. You will implement Redzone software and provide expert coaching to frontline staff and leaders across multiple sites in the United States.

The role requires full-time dedication, remote work with up to 80% travel across the US, and bilingual English-French communication.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2 years in a similar role coaching business clients is desirable.
• English and French fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach 5-7 customers at a time.
• Train customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90-day on-site deployments.
• Facilitate shop-floor huddles and leadership meetings to drive action cycles on the shop floor.
• Track performance data and customer uplifts during deployment.
• Lead process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Provide executive overviews and consolidate project results for clients.
