Job summary

QAD Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (Spanish Speaking) to lead Lean and cultural transformations across Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing customers in the United States. You will implement Redzone software and provide expert coaching on shop floor processes.

The role requires strong hands-on manufacturing experience, senior leadership skills, and the ability to travel extensively. Excellent bilingual communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing environments required.
• Direct coaching background with hands-on manufacturing roles preferred.
• Experience using OEE metrics to drive production improvements.
• Able to manage multiple customer projects and travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach 5–7 customers at a time.
• Train customers on workflows inside Redzone software during deployments.
• Facilitate shop-floor huddles and leadership meetings to drive action cycles.
• Track performance data and customer uplifts during deployment.
• Lead process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Provide executive overviews and project status to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues as needed.
• Travel up to 80% across the United States as required.
