Job summary

QAD, Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (Spanish Speaking) to lead major Lean and cultural transformations in Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing industries using QAD Redzone software.

You will coach shop-floor staff and leaders, drive continuous improvements, and deliver measurable productivity gains. The role requires full-time remote work with up to 80% travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
• 2+ years coaching business clients is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and CI/Lean methods beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach 5-7 customers at a time.
• Train customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90-day on-site deployments.
• Facilitate shop-floor meetings and Daily Vital Signs to support action cycles.
• Track performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Lead process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Provide executive overviews and success assessments after projects.
• Travel up to 80% across the United States as needed.
