Job summary

QAD Redzone seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Coach (French-speaking) to lead Lean transformations for manufacturing clients across the Food & Beverage, CPG and general manufacturing sectors.

The role is full-time, remote with up to 80% travel in the United States. You will coach shop-floor staff and leaders to drive significant productivity gains using QAD Redzone software.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French required.
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing environments required.
• Direct coaching experience with business clients or manufacturing teams preferred.
• Experience using OEE and drivers to improve production results.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5-7 customers simultaneously.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90-day on-site deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor huddles and daily meetings to support action cycles.
• Tracks performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Delivers executive overviews and project completion assessments.
• Travels as required to customer sites across the U.S.
