Job summary

QAD Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (Spanish Speaking) to lead Lean and cultural transformations for Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing clients using QAD Redzone software.

You will work with shop floor staff, frontline leaders, CI directors and C-level executives to deliver measurable productivity gains. The role is remote but requires extensive travel across the United States (up to 80%), and candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• BA or BS – Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
• 2 years in a similar position coaching business clients is desirable but not required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5–7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90-day on-site deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings to support action cycles.
• Tracks performance data and customer uplifts throughout deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Communicates feedback to drive behavior change and uplift results.
• Delivers executive overviews and provides information on Redzone programs.
• Travels up to 80% as needed to customer locations within the United States.
