Job summary

The supervisor will develop training materials for processors, conduct regular coaching, and collaborate across departments to sustain engagement and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience; supervisor experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to develop and engage with employees and manage inventory forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and motivates employees through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Monitors inventory levels and staffing to meet SLA requirements.
• Fosters an engaging work environment and recognizes high performance.
• Conducts regular 1-on-1 sessions and team meetings for updates and coaching.
• Collaborates with HR to address performance or behavior issues.
• Manages service recovery and escalated customer issues professionally.
