Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation seeks an Operations Supervisor for Event Processing to lead a team, manage inventory and staffing to meet customer SLA requirements, and sustain a high-quality, customer-centric operation. You will collaborate with HR on performance issues and drive continuous process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of leadership experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of leadership experience; supervisor experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and motivates employees with coaching and performance reviews.
• Manages day-to-day operations by monitoring inventory and forecasting staffing to meet SLA requirements.
• Fosters an engaging work environment and values employees.
• Conducts regular 1-on-1s and team meetings or huddles.
• Addresses performance or behavioral issues with HR support when needed.
• Tracks attendance and applies progressive discipline for issues.
• Builds relationships with internal departments, customers and vendors.
• Leads change initiatives and drives process improvements across the department.
• Handles escalated customer issues via in-person, phone, or email communications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
