Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead Account Management, drive service excellence, and enhance operational efficiency within the branch.

You will guide staff performance, ensure process compliance, and manage a book of business with a focus on client satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring significant industry experience, active licensing, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Promote IOA culture and support team engagement.
• Support ongoing staff training and development.
• Develop future branch operations leaders.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and participate in hiring/onboarding.
• Analyze performance data and take corrective actions.
• Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing and claims support.
