Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management team, ensure policy and service quality, and drive performance within a Florida branch.

The role informs strategic operations while managing a defined book of business and supporting client service excellence. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/relationship management, active licensing, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
  • Active licensing required.
  • Professional designations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
  • Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
  • Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support renewals and new business processes.
  • Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems.
  • Manage an assigned book of business.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for coverage and service questions.
