Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management staff in the Longwood, FL area.

The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and service excellence while managing an assigned book of business in a primarily remote environment with occasional on-site needs. You will monitor performance, drive staff development, ensure compliance with HR and policy procedures, and collaborate with leadership on renewals and new business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing required
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and onboarding processes.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and renewals.
