The ideal candidate has extensive insurance brokerage experience, active licensing, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
  • Active licensing required.
  • Professional designations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality and service standards.
  • Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • HR policy compliance and workflow management.
  • Balance workloads to ensure service continuity and client satisfaction.
  • Manage an assigned book of business and support renewals.
