Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Active insurance licensing is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance standards across the branch and staff.
• Lead Account Management team, coach, and develop personnel.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of staff.
• Manage an assigned book of business and support renewals.
• Provide subject matter expertise on coverage and service questions.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and documentation accuracy.
• Drive renewal and new business processes and service excellence.
• Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems.
