Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience or 7+ years sales/marketing/relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required.
• Professional designations are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance standards, productivity, efficiency, quality, and service levels.
• Lead and coach Account Management staff and ensure HR policies are followed.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development activities.
• Manage a book of business and support renewals and client needs.
• Balance workloads and ensure service continuity across the team.
• Ensure accurate data across agency and carrier systems and compliance with processes.
• Lead or support the renewal and new business processes.
• Deliver excellent client service and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain a culture of IOA values and engagement.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
