The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the industry (or 7+ in related fields), active licensing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership and day-to-day oversight of Account Management staff.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals.
• Ensure policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation accuracy.
