Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in the industry or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required.
• Professional designations are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Account Management staff and drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and processes; promote service excellence.
• Support staff development, coaching and onboarding.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals with client focus.
• Collaborate with leadership to balance workloads and improve efficiency.
• Serve as SME for coverage and service questions; ensure data integrity across systems.
