Qualifications

• Active insurance license required.
• 5+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales/marketing/relationship management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance standards and service quality.
• Promote IOA culture and staff engagement.
• Support staff development and training.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure HR policies and processes compliance.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Deliver evaluations and communicate with leadership.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Enforce processes and best practices.
• Monitor performance data and act on insights.
• Maintain accurate data across systems.
• Manage an assigned book of business.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for coverage questions.
• Manage client relationships and renewals.
• Oversee policy administration, billing, and documentation.
• Lead renewal and new business processes.
• Deliver excellent service and anticipate client needs.
• Promote IOA values and integrity.
