You will drive performance, coach staff, manage an assigned book of business, and collaborate with departments to support renewals, billing, and client service needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years insurance industry experience or 7+ years in sales/relationship roles.
• Active insurance license required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure HR policies compliance and participate in onboarding.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and renewals.
• Drive renewal and new business execution while maintaining client relationships.
