You will support staff development, ensure data integrity, and strengthen operational efficiency across the book of business.

This senior role demands strong client service skills, hands-on coaching, and the ability to manage complex client needs while coordinating renewal and new business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required; professional designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff with coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals.
