Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across the crisis network. You will collaborate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, delivering initiatives on time with quality/ROI.

The role is fully remote across designated states, with a focus on standardizing project documents, dashboards, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans with objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain PMO standards, templates, SOPs, and reporting tools; support process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep leadership updated.
