Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced operations professional to collect, review, and analyze data across multiple projects. The role emphasizes process improvement, time studies, and change management to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities include documenting workflows, training teammates, and coordinating initiatives across facilities. This remote role requires travel to facilities and a strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years related clerical or clinical practice experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience.
• Time management.
• Work is performed in an open office with some partitioned areas.
• Travel to other facilities and practices in teammate's vehicle is required on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares performance pre/post changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on practice operations in developing process workflows.
• Documents process workflows, develops job aids, and publishes documents in an organized format.
• Uses critical thinking to evaluate readiness for change and facilitates change management for process/workflow changes for internal customers.
• Manages several projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
