Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data-driven professional for a fully remote role in the United States. You will collect and analyze data for assigned projects, conduct time studies, and develop workflows for process improvements across the enterprise.

The role requires coordinating multiple projects, training teammates, and facilitating change management to improve operations. The position supports flexible scheduling with dayshift hours and travel to other facilities on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• 2 years of practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement activities and compares performance before and after changes.
• Acts as SME on aspects of practice operations in developing process workflows.
• Documents workflows, develops job aids, and publishes changes in an organized format.
• Uses critical thinking to assess readiness for change and facilitates change management for internal customers.
• Manages several projects simultaneously.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
