Advocate Health is hiring for a full-time position that can be fully remote. The role involves data collection and analysis for projects, time studies, and developing actionable workflows.

You will support change management and train teammates across operational systems, with collaboration across providers and practice managers. This position requires an Associates Degree and 2 years of practice operations experience (or 4 years related clerical/clinical experience).

Qualificações

• Associates Degree required or equivalent.
• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years related clerical/clinical experience required.
• Epic Workqueue or Epic backend experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication; solid time management.

Responsabilidades

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares performance before/after changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on process workflows and documents changes.
• Documents workflows and publishes job aids in a structured format.
• Uses critical thinking to gauge readiness for change and support change management.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Coordinates with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet goals.
