Qualifications

• Epic Workqueue or Epic backend experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data for assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares before/after performance.
• Develops process workflows, job aids, and publishes documents.
• Manages multiple projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to achieve goals.
