Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to support technical and operational teams by managing information, records, documentation, and workflows. This role aims to improve information quality, simplify processes, and use Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual effort and increase visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical studies, operations, information management, or a related field.
• Experience organizing high-volume information and maintaining accurate records with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and distribution of documentation.
• Manage documents across product life cycle and audits.
• Build and improve document workflows using SharePoint and other tools.
• Create Power Automate flows and support Power Apps for requests and approvals.
• Review documents for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Support procurement, vendor reviews, and project communications.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and minimal supervision.
• Support organizational studies and process improvements.
