Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to manage information, records, documentation, and workflows across operations and project teams, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.

You will build Power Automate flows and Power Apps to reduce manual effort, create operational dashboards with Excel and Power BI, coordinate audits, and support procurement and vendor reviews while communicating clearly with technical and nontechnical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical studies, operations, information management, or a related field.
• Experience organizing high-volume information and communicating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Acrobat Pro.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, revision, and distribution of technical and operational documentation.
• Manage documents across product lifecycles and support audits with retention systems.
• Build document intake and approval processes using SharePoint and other tools.
• Create Power Automate flows and support Power Apps to streamline requests, route approvals, and reporting.
• Review documents for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with requirements; coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Support procurement, vendor reviews, and project communications; handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Assist with organizational studies, policy reviews, and process improvements as assigned.
