Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting business and technology projects.
• Strong ability to write business requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, diagrams, and test cases.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify practical improvements.
• Understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, workflows, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and maintain business requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, diagrams, and test cases.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, stakeholders, and vendors to define solutions.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements aligned to goals.
• Lead requirements sessions, data analysis discussions, and solution reviews.
• Support QA and UAT, including test case development, execution, and validation.
• Communicate project status, requirements, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist with small-scale project coordination and align business needs with technical solutions.
• Support a mix of operational, enhancement, and project-driven initiatives.
