Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to support technical and operations teams by managing information, records, documentation, and workflows to reduce delays and handoffs. You will drive data quality and streamlined processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.

You will work across Operations, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, information management, operations, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize high-volume information and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Practical experience building/process automation with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Ability to interpret procedures, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, revision, and distribution of technical, quality, operational, and project documentation.
• Manage documents across all product line phases, maintain electronic retention, and support audits.
• Improve document intake, review, approval, distribution, and retrieval using SharePoint and other tools.
• Create Power Automate flows and support Power Apps to streamline requests and approvals.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements; address gaps.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management-ready outputs using Excel and Power BI.
• Support project communications, RFIs, records turnover, procurement docs, and vendor reviews.
• Handle sensitive information discreetly and communicate clearly with varied audiences.
• Assist procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
