Job summary

LMI is seeking a Project Operations Specialist to support the USPS team. You will help manage schedules, gather requirements, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver feature enhancements and process improvements.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking, with expertise in Power Apps/Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite. This position is remote within the United States, offering engagement with federal and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of experience in technical project management, scheduling, or process improvement.
• Consultancy experience on large, complex projects and strong communication skills required.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities across business processes and data.
• Advanced Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Office suite and project management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support the USPS Manager of Product Prep and Payment with schedule creation and stakeholder management.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and prioritizing Business Needs Statements with IT for new features.
• Liaise between Product Prep and Payment teams and IT to ensure clear, timely communication.
• Coordinate communications between Business and Customers, including industry outreach.
• Develop visualizations and presentations to convey insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Aggregate data into concise reporting materials to support decision-making.
• Apply Agile best practices to manage requirements and reviews with business/IT.
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
