Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 4+ years of related business or loan servicing experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting complex loan documents and agreements.
• No required certifications or licenses for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a commercial real estate loan portfolio (CMBS, balance sheet, agency loans).
• Analyze loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Resolve non-compliant issues via written/verbal communication with internal/external parties; may review payments, escrows, and reserve disbursements.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records; assist onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off loans; may assist tax/insurance administration.
• Review reports to identify exceptions and contribute to risk mitigation.
