Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate an Operations training program in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy. The role emphasizes learning analytics, content creation, and effective facilitation of diverse learner groups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred in a training environment.
• Knowledge and practical experience within the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience with learning management software and training tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Design, develop and implement training content for internal employees and external customers.
• Track training progress, monitor access and improve effectiveness of training.
• Lead New Hire Orientation development and department-specific content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess needs and measure success.
• Implement change enablement strategies and coach stakeholders.
