Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy and medical insurance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor subordinate supervisors directing enrollment and eligibility reimbursement for patient support programs.
• Oversee up to 100 employees, providing direction and evaluation.
• Coordinate with talent acquisition for staffing needs and interview top talent.
• Build client relationships and communicate program performance updates.
