Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support is hiring for a remote, full-time leadership role overseeing enrollment and eligibility reimbursement programs. You will coach supervisors, manage up to 100 staff, and ensure client requirements are met while maintaining service quality.

You will collaborate with talent acquisition and client teams, lead quarterly reviews, and drive process improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor supervisors directing enrollment and eligibility reimbursement programs
• Oversee up to 100 employees and manage daily operations with defined processes
• Build and maintain client relationships, interpret needs, and present program performance updates
• Coordinate with talent acquisition for vacancies and interview top candidates
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients and communicate workload and performance to directors
• Serve as escalation point for employees, patients, and providers and coach staff in service excellence
