Cardinal Health is recruiting for a remote, US-based Field Operations Manager to lead enrollment and eligibility teams (up to 100 staff). The role focuses on coaching supervisors, ensuring program delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate with Talent Acquisition and oversee staffing and budgets while driving performance across programs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has healthcare or patient support experience, and can travel up to 25% to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Experience in patient support services, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Pharmacy and medical insurance knowledge with both commercial and government plans highly desired
• Specialty pharmaceutical knowledge preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Willingness to work across organization and travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor supervisors directing enrollment and eligibility reimbursement programs
• Oversee up to 100 employees with daily coordination and issue resolution
• Build and maintain client relationships, interpreting needs and proposing solutions
• Interact with clients and account managers to update on program performance
• Ensure staffing coverage per contracts and company policies
• Lead talent acquisition coordination and top talent interview selection
• Provide coaching, feedback and corrective action plans
• Collaborate with training teams to develop staff knowledge
• Participate in budget and financial planning with leadership
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients
• Act as escalation point for employees, patients, and providers
