Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisory leader for Access and Patient Support to oversee a remote team delivering patient enrollment, reimbursement support and care coordination services. The role involves managing performance, coaching, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal partners.

The position is full-time with 40 hours/week, remote work eligible for U.S. residents, and requires flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–3 years leading a call center or customer service team.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership, troubleshooting, time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support teams.
• Maintain development goals and training for remote team members.
• Create and maintain SOPs and program-specific metrics and work instructions.
• Review program metrics and report results to leadership on a regular basis.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service and monitor KPIs such as call metrics and FCR.
