Cardinal Health is seeking an Operations Manager, Access Patient and Support, to oversee enrollment and eligibility reimbursement programs for patient support initiatives.

This remote, full-time role directs up to 100 employees, coaches supervisors, and partners with clients to optimize processes and outcomes. You will drive training, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to improve patient access to therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Experience in patient support services or healthcare preferred.
• Pharmacy and medical insurance knowledge highly desired.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and work with all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Approachable with ability to build relationships across functions.
• Sound decision making with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor supervisors directing enrollment and eligibility reimbursement programs.
• Direct up to 100 employees with daily oversight and problem solving.
• Build client relationships and interpret needs to provide solutions.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for vacancies and top talent.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Serve as escalation point for employees, patients, and providers.
