Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• The Case Manager supports patient access to therapy through Reimbursement Support Services in accordance with program rules and HIPAA regulations.
• Guides healthcare providers through the patient journey to therapy across steps and touchpoints.
• Manages patient referral intake, investigates health insurance benefits, and initiates prior authorizations/step therapy reviews.
• Communicates efficiently with internal teams and external partners to facilitate coverage and timely delivery.
• Maintains strong organizational skills and ensures effective resolution of payer/pharmacy issues.
• Proactively follows up with contacts to ensure patient access to therapy.
• Handles inbound and outbound calls with compliant customer support.
• Communicates clearly in writing and verbally.
• Meets daily task and benefit investigation goals in a high-volume setting.
