Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years in a leadership role within a call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and engage remote employees and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team.
• Maintain development goals for a 100% remote team and conduct regular coaching.
• Create and maintain SOPs and program-specific workflows and metrics.
• Review program performance and report results to leadership on a regular basis.
• Manage work assignments, timecards, and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal laws including HIPAA.
