AtkinsRéalis seeks an Operations Manager, Commercial Nuclear – Remote, based out of Oak Ridge, TN. You will lead an engineering team, oversee operations, maintenance, and licensing activities for nuclear projects, while ensuring safety and compliance across programs.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in nuclear operations, expert RadCon knowledge, and experience in NRC-regulated training development. A licensed SRO/RO is desirable; remote options are supported where feasible.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations and maintenance of commercial nuclear facilities.
• Expert knowledge of RadCon requirements and practices for nuclear facilities.
• Experience developing training programs for NRC-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct work activities within ARUSN for operations, maintenance, and licensing of nuclear projects.
• Lead operations engineering teams and coordinate with program managers to align staffing and resources.
• Represent the company’s technical work to clients, regulators, and stakeholders; drive risk-based initiatives.
