AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced Operations Manager, Commercial Nuclear – Remote, based out of Oak Ridge, TN. You will lead the operations engineering team, guiding design configurations to optimize operability, reliability and cost while ensuring compliance with U.S.

nuclear industry best practices. The role requires 15+ years in nuclear operations, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex, high-risk initiatives across senior management and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or a scientific/technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience; typical 20–25 years.
• Strong communication in a challenging, multi-tiered environment.
• Extensive knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial nuclear facilities.
• Extensive knowledge of RadCon requirements and practices for nuclear facilities.
• Knowledge of NRC-regulated training program development for operations and maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Oversees design, engineering and licensing related to operations, maintenance, operator training and security for nuclear projects.
• Directs the operations engineering team and informs design configurations for operability, reliability and cost.
• Provides technical direction and criteria on projects within field of expertise.
• Represents company's technical work to clients, regulators and others.
• Coordinates staffing and recruitment in the technical specialty area.
