AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Director, Commercial Nuclear Services - Remote, based in our Oak Ridge, TN office. You will oversee all aspects of nuclear and fuel cycle projects, lead the project team, develop WBS, budgets, schedules and risk management, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a BS Engineering, 15+ years nuclear experience, 10+ years PM leadership, and US citizenship. This position offers a remote work arrangement with a strong safety culture and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15 years commercial nuclear experience.
• Minimum of 10 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience leading teams.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Nuclear Services and will be responsible for all aspects of the work scope assigned to AtkinsRéalis new nuclear and fuel cycle projects.
• Leads the project organization through day-to-day exhibition of AtkinsRéalis core values: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Excellence.
• Assembles a project team through recruiting, interviewing and/or selecting staff with appropriate skills and establishing training and development programs suitable for the work.
• Accountable for all aspects of one or more projects within the assigned work scope and to lead all team members who are performing duties to ensure that the work progresses with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements.
