AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Operations Manager, Commercial Nuclear – Remote. This remote role is based out of our Oak Ridge, TN office and requires deep expertise in nuclear operations and maintenance.

You will lead the operations engineering team, direct design configurations, and ensure compliance with U.S. nuclear industry best practices while solving high-impact technical challenges across legacy and new-build projects.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a scientific/technical discipline.
• Requires 15 years of experience; typical incumbent has 20–25 years.
• Expert knowledge in operations and maintenance of commercial nuclear facilities.
• Extensive knowledge of RadCon requirements and practices for nuclear facilities.
• Knowledge and experience developing training programs for NRC-regulated operations.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the operations engineering team within ARUSN and informs design with operability insights.
• Oversees work activities supporting design, engineering and licensing of nuclear projects.
• Represents and defends the company’s technical work to clients, regulators and others.
• Coordinates staffing needs and recruitment opportunities for the technical specialty area.
• Solves complex operational problems with broad impact on the business.
• Interfaces with senior management and multiple levels of the organization.
