Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Director, Commercial Nuclear Services for a remote role based out of our Oak Ridge, TN office. You will lead multi-project efforts, manage contracts and safety programs, and drive delivery with a strong safety culture and senior stakeholder collaboration.

You will recruit and guide project teams, develop work execution plans, and ensure alignment with corporate values and client requirements in a fast-paced nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15 years commercial nuclear experience.
• Minimum of 10 years project management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a live Nuclear environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of one or more nuclear projects and delivery.
• Develop work execution plans, WBS, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage contract scope, changes, and subcontractor governance.
• Uphold safety culture and nuclear safety programs.
• Coordinate with functional managers and Integrated Project Delivery partners.
