The ideal candidate brings extensive insurance brokerage experience, active licensing, and strong leadership skills to drive performance and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of industry experience, or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee Account Management staff in the branch.
• Ensure compliance with processes and service standards.
• Support staff development and succession planning.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client renewals.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise on coverage and service questions.
• Drive workflow balance for consistent service delivery.
• Oversee policy placement, billing, and documentation accuracy.
