Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Manager, Business Operations for a remote role in the United States (excluding Alaska). You will lead operational improvements, policy development, and project initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize efficiency and costs.

You’ll turn data into actionable recommendations, monitor KPIs, and guide teams. The role requires 3–5 years in business operations, solid communication, and project-management capabilities, with Lean/Six Sigma

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations.
• Ability to resolve issues creatively.
• Experience managing multiple projects and staffing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn metrics into action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate oversight, and to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
