Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor supervisors; oversee up to 100 employees.
• Build client relationships and interpret customer needs to drive solutions.
• Coordinate with talent acquisition for staffing and interview top talent.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with clients and report progress to directors.
