Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a dedicated manager to lead enrollment and eligibility teams for patient support programs. You will coach supervisors, manage up to 100 staff, set priorities, forecast staffing, and partner with Talent Acquisition.

This remote, full-time role includes a salary range and comprehensive benefits. You will train during 8:00am-5:00pm CT hours with flexibility across our standard business hours Monday–Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in patient support services, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Pharmacy and medical insurance knowledge highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, lead, and mentor subordinate supervisors directing enrollment and eligibility reimbursement for patient support programs.
• Oversee teams up to 100 employees and coordinate with supervisors/day-to-day operations.
• Build customer relationships, interpret needs, and develop alternate solutions.
• Interact with clients to resolve inquiries and provide program updates.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with the client and report to directors.
